I am fortunate to speak on occasion for a company in Westfield called IMMI. Every week they provide free lunch and a Christian-based talk for any of their employees who'd like to attend.
This is a talk I gave there last Thurs. Click here to read the PDF.

Creative Talk on "Listening"
Click the pic to watch a creative 30 min talk on listening. This is no ordinary talk.
That's Evelyn Glennie. She's a world renowned virtuoso percussionist. (Tons of youtubes of her.) She also happens to be deaf.
If you pay attention you'll see her slip off her shoes early in the talk; that's because being barefoot helps her "hear" better. This is from a 2003 TED conference.
Make some time. Take her in. Listen. Learn. Get inspired.

Creative Talk on Passion & Leadership
Click the pic to watch a marvelous 20 minute talk by the incredibly gifted, Ben Zander. I was fortunate enough to see him with fellow Oakbrook staff members years ago at a Leadership Summit at Willow Creek.
Simply put, no one communicates like Benjamin Zander. Watch when you can really slow down and take it in; you'll be glad you did. He's also the author of The Art of Possibility.
